Forumph Bar Edit!

8/7/2009

The Forumph Bar is our tallest bar and is used by team riders Jim Cielencki, Jake Seeley and Lee Dennis.  Here is a little edit of us putting the Forumph bar to the test.  I swear everyone around here has been converted to the 4 degrees of upsweep.  Check out the dimensions after the break.

Forumph Bar Dimensions

Height 8.32 inches
Width 28 inches
Back Sweep 12 degrees
Up Sweep 4 degrees
Weight 1 lb 10 oz
Colors White, Black Magic, Blue, Gray

All sunday! bars are multi-butted, 41-thermal processed and
backed by a lifetime guarantee against bending
or breaking.

Jim, up till now Ive always read that forumphs were only 8′ inch rise. Explain.

  • Pablo

All those clips were sick! Ed, I think the extra rise comes from the 4 degree upsweep. So they’re like a regular 8″ high bar with the ends bent up at 4 degrees?

  • Ed

Yeah I was thinking that too. Thanks though.

  • AJ

how are you gonna make a video for a set of bars nd not do one barspin

  • http://sundaybikes.com jimc

Haha! It’s not always about the barspins I guess. Ed-Pablo is right. Forumphs are pretty much an 8 inch box, but with more upsweep. I personally couldn’t go back because Triumphs now feel like the ends are pointing down.
