Fooman has joined the UK Sunday team!  This is his all Black Magic Ian Schwartz signature bike that he just got built up.   Good style and a great mix of tricks makes him perfect for the team.  If you don’t know him then you might remember him from this EDIT!  Read the mini interview with him after the break!

How long have you been riding?
I think I have been riding for about 6 years maybe.  Haha!  Time flies when you have fun aye.

What got you into riding?

I have always been on a bike since I was dead young.   I used to go up to the next street (Braeside Road) and we had a kicker set up onto the green.  Everyone used to just tank at it.  Was a right laugh!  Don’t even think I had a BMX just some well big mountain bike that I couldn’t touch the floor on.  Haha!

What’s your scene like?
My home scene used to be so sick like there was a right fat click of us.  It was Cal Earnshaw, Aaron, Tom Rowe, Catty Fizzle, Che Marsh, Bomber, Ian Coombes, Orrible Dave, Ryderrrrrr, Otis, Lil Reece, Chesters, Elk, Duncs Ant Yannis and Punkus. Living right on the coast just made each session sick like we would always just meet up to have fun and just cause shit and go swimming, scope out the fittys dunno really we just liked to meet up and have fun like was sick but most of us have moved away to uni or have other commitments but everyone still sees each other out at the raves and what not so is all good. At the minute, I’m at uni in Wales and my first year was hell cuz i didn’t really have any 1 to ride with and didn’t know any spots.  There doesn’t seem to be much of a scene in Wales, I didn’t think there was any riders untill i met Mark Larkin and Will Evans so I started to ride with them which has turned out to be sick.  We have our own little click here now that consist of me, Will Evans, Larkin, Pete Sawyer, Sam Pringle and Luke Peeters.  Mainly I ride with Will which is amazing as he is basically google maps and knows where all the good shit is!

Who are some UK riders that get you psyched?
There is too many amazing UK riders at the moment, it is nuts!  I get super stoked on the crew I ride with so definitely Will, Larkin and Pete.  They are madedds, Ditchburn is a badman for sure.  The whole DUB click get me buzzin like they all doing there own things.  Just having a laugh is boss. Alki and the Southport riders are always a treat.  Every time I come to Sowie, they have more riders and they are all just steppin their shit up. It’s nuts. Che Marsh and Bomber too!  Haha!  They always on something mad!  I don’t know,  there is definitely too many well good riders about at the moment!

What about riders outside of the UK?
Again, there is well too many to name!  A few though are Brad Simms, Sean Sexton, Chase Dehart, David Grant, Randy Taylor, and Big Daddy!  He’s a fucking nutter!

What’s your favorite stuff to ride?
Probably trails but I’m always on a street thing!

What your favorite type of spot?
Well I’m into bank to subs or a nice slidey ledge/rail.

What tricks don’t work well for you?
Pretty much everything apart from the 2 above.  Haha!  Barspins….how the fuck do you do a barspin?

So, the first time I heard of you was through Will Evans Fooman Mix edit. How is it making an edit and knowing it’s going to come out looking so good?
Its the best!  Will can make the simplest things look amazing!  He will already know what he wants before you have even got yourself up and ready to go. It’s good knowing that you’re going to do something that he will get first go and its gonna look boss no questions asked!  I’ll get home too and sign onto messenger.  He will be the first person to talk and it’ll be a link to a passworded clip from a hour ago.  So its good.  I like the way he gets shit done makes a change from the last guy who used to film…still aint got them clips and its been about 4 years.  Haha!

Any guys coming up that you are psyched on?
Yeah for sure, Mark Larkin is my hero!  Haha!  He’s such an ape!  Proper sends it!  Makes me laugh so much when hes out too proper good lad.  Peter Sawyer as well!  His edit was good!  Tom Davis is another like I met him through Larkin.  I speak to him on the net and he’s always got a sick new display pic or a link to something.  Kid knows whats up!  Again though there is so many riders about and everyone is just next level.
