Primer 16 & 18 Review on BMXGroms

BMX Groms did a great review on our Primer 16 and Primer 18 bikes.  The goal of these bikes was to provide the most functional and easy to learn geometry in the BMX industry. One way we achieved this is by having our chain stay lengths far shorter than the other brands.  We didn’t make ours out of proportion of 20″ chain stay lengths rather other brands have made theirs way too long.  Other brands would have their 20″ frame chain stays lengths a fully inch longer or more if they scaled up from their 16″ bikes.  We know that if a kid can’t learn and progress then he probably won’t be riding BMX.

Look HERE to see what 10 year old Kaden Stone does on his Primer 16.

Lil’ dudes shredding
Kaden Stone

It’s still baffling that a 10 year old is able to do all of these tricks. Kaden Stone shreds in his latest video for Freegun. It’s really inspiring to think about how good riders will be in the future if they are this good at 10 years old. Good job Kaden! We are really excited for you.

Take a closer look at the Sunday Primer 16 bike that Kaden is riding HERE.

Lil Pros BMX Tour Day 1

Kaden Stone and Ryan Slusher went on the Lil Pros BMX Tour over the weekend in Southern California and this is the first video from the trip.  It’s really great seeing rad young kids getting help from the current generation of pro riders.  The funniest part is all the kids pushing the wheelbarrow when they ride trails.

We’ve been supporting Kaden and Ryan for a few years now.  In the video, Kaden rides the16″ Safety Green Primer 16 and Ryan is riding the 2013 Primer Jr. Both guys will be jumping up to the 2014 Primer 18 very soon.

Primer 16

The 2014 Primer 16 continues to lead the pack when it comes to 16″ bikes. From offering the shortest chain stay length to just having a 16″ specific head tube, this bike was purposely designed to make the bike more maneuverable for younger riders. Check below to see a full parts list.

Little Shredder does it again

Kaden Stone just celebrated his 10th birthday with the release of his new video entitled Daydreaming. It’s amazing to think of how good Kaden is going to be if he can do all of these moves as a 9 year old. How well spun was the 540? He is riding our 16″ Primer Jr which was has specific geometry geared to help smaller and younger riders more easily maneuver their bike.

Want to see more of Kaden then watch his Youth video after the break.
