Way to go Gary! He got third place at Park in this year’s X-Games!

Here’s a photo of Gary Young‘s 360 turndowning at last weekend’s Dew Tour in Chicago.  He ended up getting 6th place in Park with his super fast, super smooth, unique and original lines and tricks.    Gary will be taking be taking this momentum to the X-Games this weekend.  Be on the lookout for a new bike, too!  Thanks to Kurt Hohberger for the photo!

Ride BMX just posted some footage of Gary Young cruising around the new X-Games course!  Place looks insane especially since it’s concrete, built on Styrofoam and only up for about 2 weeks.  For a live video feed of the X-Games park course check out this link.

Gary Young recently took some Krylon paint to his Forecaster frame.  When he wasn’t hanging out with Aaron Ross on U-Stream yesterday, he was painting his bike tan with a black splatter.  If you’re at Woodward West this week then go check out his bike in person because he’ll be there for a few days!

Gary Young was featured on Tuesdays with Miles yesterday!  There’s always good stuff in these videos and Gary’s is no exception!

Gary Young spent over 5 hours in line yesterday waiting for the new iPhone and used that time to answer this question for ESPN!

Gary Young has been over in France for a week or so on the Vans Wheels of Rock Tour which ended at the annual FISE contest in the south of France.  The trip looked amazing and Gary ended up getting second at the contest.  Check out what Gary downside pedal/tire slide at the end of the video.  You’ll have to wait through some wild riding first.  Some refreshing runs from him.

Gary Young’s Props bio from issue 65 is a must see!  Power, control, speed, skill, history and confidence are just a few words to describe him and his riding.  The last trick is so nuts, but there’s so much more in this interview!  Enjoy!

If you’re lucky to be in France from May 7-16 then you might have a chance to meet Gary Young while he is on the Vans Wheels of Rock tour.  It will be making stops from Lille to Montpellier with the last stop being at FISE.

Sunday is making it’s way down under starting Feb 24th!  Aaron Ross, Gary Young, Alex Magallan, Jake Seeley, Tom Arkus and Jim Cielencki will be driving on the left side of the road for 12 days visiting shops, riding street and seeing some amazing skateparks all while avoiding kangaroo punches, boomerangs and great whites.  The tour will take us from Melbourne to Brisbane and back down to the US vs Them contest in Melbourne.  Shops and dates to be announced soon!  Stop by and see us!

Gary Young has this amazing photo of him riding a pool in Riverside, CA over on ESPN today.  Go there and check out the whole story of this pool.  Gary hurt his ankle recently while filming at the Tunnel in the UK.  He said it was feeling better, but not quite 100%.  Either way Justin Kosman shot a great photo and hopefully Gary will be full healed soon.

Yep, you heard about it a little bit through Twitter, but now hear it straight from us!  Sunday now has a Dirt Brother on the team! Here are my thoughts:

This is an amazing day for us!  I’ve been a fan of Gary for so long!  Back in 1998 when I was living in California is when I first noticed him.  There was just something natural and eye catching about his riding.  Then a few years later, he blew up.  I’ve seen him do some of the craziest things just watch the last 5 tricks in Electronical.  From Backyard Jams to Metro Jams, when Gary is on course you are guaranteed to see some new wild lines.  Gary rides pretty much everything and anything from dirt to street and park to even mega ramp.  Then to top it all off, Gary is easily one of the nicest guys.  You could be the best rider in the world, but if you aren’t nice then who cares.  Gary doesn’t have to worry about this one bit.  Sunday is proud to welcome Gary to the team!

This is what Gary had to say about joining Sunday:

I have been a fan of the Sunday team, and products for a long time now.  Sunday was the first company I thought of when I was “single” and looking to ride a new bike. I got the chance to speak with Jim C. at interbike about joining the team and we both seemed to be on the same page with a lot of stuff. Jim gave me a prototype frame that day, and I can say that it is the nicest frame I have ever ridden. I am really stoked on joining the Sunday family and it already feels like home.
