A week or so ago, Lee Dennis, Alex Magallan, Tom Arkus and myself headed over to Woodward East to flop in the foam pit, ride cement street spots, eat Lucky Charms, enjoy veggie burgers, play basketball, eat cupcakes and flop around some more in the foam pit. We made a street and trail riding pitstop in Pittsburgh prior to heading to camp.  If you’ve never been to Woodward, it’s so much fun and if you haven’t been there in awhile then it’s better than ever. Here’s some photos of Lee Dennis‘ new Black Magic Third Wave bike with Morning 2.1 forks and the soon to be released Tall T Bars.  If Sunday had a Tougher than Nails contest then Lee would be the front runner right now after his fall in Austin this past January.  It was shown in his last web edit, you can see it HERE.  Be warned that it’s not pretty.  Either way he’s made a dramatic recovery and is sitting in wonderful Barcelona with the rest of the Primo team.  Enjoy!

While filming in Austin for the past week, Lee Dennis took it really hard today on a ledge gap gone wrong.  It was almost the worst possible crash that could happen at this spot.  He ended up dislocating his shoulder, but luckily there was no more damage then that.  Wish him a speedy recovery!  Incidentally FU3 premiers this Friday!

Lee Dennis is making a brief escape from the Niagara Falls, Canada winter this week by coming down to Austin to hang out at the new office. While he was out working on an Austin web video, we took the time to shoot some bike check photos.  He’s currently riding a 20.75″ Third Wave prototype which has the Wave top tube to help increase the front end strength.  If you remember Lee’s past web video then expect some good things from this one.  Lee is also waiting on the release of FU3 which is set to come out in the next month!  I’ve been lucky to see it and you won’t be disappointed!

Sunday has some good stuff in Dig issue 71.  You can see Lee Dennis featured in the New Day Rising article.  Check out this link to see some clips from Lee’s interview.  There’s a good photo of Alex Magallan in the Leland Thurman article.  Chris Hilbrich and I are featured in the Sunday ad.  He’s showcasing Sunday’s trail frame the Model D while I have a few little photos of myself riding the Model C.  This issue is a great read especially the Leland article!

Sunday team rider Lee Dennis’ shop Life Cycle turned 1 year old over the weekend.  Time flies, it came about so quick, it seemed like it hasn’t been that long.  Just want to say congratulations and I hope the hangover from the present wasn’t too harsh!  I’m sure there will be plenty more good stories from year 2!

We have a lot of photos from the trips we took while filming for our Up Up and Away video and we’ll be uploading the galleries leading up to the official release! This first batch of photos are from Barcelona.

As far as current team updates go, Jake’s back home in Western Mass drinking gatorade, Ian’s in Ohio waiting out the rain, Aaron’s in Nashville on Roadfools, Alex is in Kansas doing shows, Eric and Kurt are surfing in California’s heat, Mike and Joe are waiting for spring to come, Lee is probably at Life Cycle. Keep your eyes peeled for an interview with Ian and a bike check!!!
