After posting a photo of Alex Magallan putting his Funday together on the Sunday Facebook yesterday, everyone was wondering about the color. We are always lucky to be able to get different/future colors for team guys and this is no exception. This color is the mint from the Aaron Ross Etnies bike just done as a frame color. Odyssey currently has a mint kit available and this frame would match it perfectly. Go back and check the Fu-Caster edit to see a clip of Andrew White riding a mint Funday as well. l

Aaron Ross has been traveling for the last 2 weeks, but he’s making his return to Austin this weekend. Go over to Fat BMX to check out a full bike check of his watermelon Funday bike. Look for the frame, fork and bars available in about 2 weeks! Both Odyssey and Sunday will have bars and forks in the watermelon green! Get ready! Anyone remember this guy? Some of you will remember the frame, but probably no one will remember the color. This is one of the OG Sunday frame prototypes that we received in the fall of 2005. We had 6 different metallic colors made including purple, blue, yellow, red, green and gray. When the frame was released in May 2006 only the red, green and gray colors made it to store shelves. There was even plans to have 2 different rear ends lengths, but BMX had made the change to short rear end lengths by that point.
One of the biggest adventures of my life began in the Spring of 2005. I started Sunday Bikes and we quickly became known for establishing new standards in frame design. Now, in 2010, my next big adventure is about to begin. I’m starting Full Factory, a new distribution company, that will become the sole distributor for Sunday Bikes in the USA. In addition to Sunday, Full Factory will also be the sole US distributor for Carlo Griggs’ UK-based brand, Proper Bikes.

I’m not sure if anyone of us found any glory on Ride UK‘s Ride to Glory trip, but check out Aaron Ross, Joe Cox and Jim Cielencki on Odyssey‘s section of the trip. The trip was a lot of fun, the van was terrible, the weather cooperated most of the time, Road Chef wasn’t amazing, Rom Skatepark was amazing though, Liverpool wasn’t so sketchy, Aaron is addicted to IPhone games and we came in 4th out of 5. Trip was fun, but next time we need a working GPS and a van that shifts gears properly!
Here is Gary Young‘s built up Third Wave prototype! We just announced he that he got on Sunday yesterday, but he’s been riding this bike since just after Interbike. His quote was “This feels so good! The geometry makes simple stuff like manuals and bunnyhops so much easier” Hopefully we’ll have a web video of Gary in action on the bike. Check below for his parts list!
A little while back, I received some random photos of Jim Bauer from Odyssey riding his Model C in a ditch that could be straight out of Wheels of Fire. Most of you probably don’t know what that is, but if you had any connection to skating in the 80′s which most people did then you would know. It happens to be my favorite skate video of all time.
